BLUE & GOLD DINNER FEB. 20

From Annmarie Curley,

Dear Pack 607 Parents,

We would like to confirm the details for the Blue and Gold dinner, for those who didn’t make the pack meeting last night. It will be held on Wednesday, February 20 instead of the February pack meeting. A separate invite will be sent out with all the details. Please RSVP to this invite as soon as you can, and let us know your potluck choices, so that we can plan for numbers, etc. This is a family event, and is the key celebratory dinner for the Pack for the year, so we would love to see family members and siblings come along and join in the fun.

There is a busy agenda for the evening, so we plan to start the event promptly at 6pm as it is a school night & we would like to be wrapping up by 8pm.

We will also be looking for some volunteers to assist in planning, and in helping to see up the hall on the day of the dinner. We plan to do set up from about Noon – 1:30pm on the day. Please email me directly if you can volunteer for these activities – many hands make light work!

This is always a fun event, so we hope you can make it this year!

Annmarie
